We called Jacmel Enterprise when our fifteen-year-old server finally went down in an electrical storm. Pierre came by our office to assess our situation and find out our needs. After giving us a great quote he came by a second time for the installation and had us back up and running with a new latest generation server in the same family as what we were used to, and even helped install and integrate some proprietary security software via conference call with the Arizona software manufacturer while he was on a remote connection from his NYC office. Whenever we have a question, he's always available within an hour or so to assist us remotely, and we're grateful to have found an IT company that's both reliable and one we can trust.

Pierre and his team helped us resolve some very tricky technical issues with our organization's migration from Google Suites to Microsoft 365.
